Why we collect it
We use the data to generate the diagnostic result, deliver the report, and follow up about the results when consent is given.
Retention and deletion
Submission records are retained for 24 months from submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner. To request deletion, email privacy@edupundit.in.
Controller and processors
edupundit is the data controller for diagnostic submissions. The transactional email provider and analytics tools used in a given deployment act as processors under our instruction.
Consent scope
Funnel analytics and follow-up about results are covered by the consent you give at the start of the diagnostic. We do not use this data for unrelated tracking.
